Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the South West is recruiting a Senior Cost Engineer to lead cost control across a nuclear-focused programme. You will manage cost plans, budgets and forecasts, and work with project teams in Bridgewater three days per week.

Ideal candidates will have strong EVM knowledge, experience with NEC/FIDIC contracts, and robust stakeholder management skills. You will mentor junior staff and ensure data-driven decisions to meet time and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cost Engineering/Control across project lifecycles.
• Strong communication and leadership with ability to influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control for multiple projects or a large programme.
• Develop and maintain cost Baselines, CBS, and forecasts.
• Ensure alignment with NEC or FIDIC contract processes.
• Provide cost data for change notes and ETC updates.
• Mentor delivery teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
