Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, Corporate Trust, Client Service in Manchester to oversee CLOs/loan portfolios, manage client relations, and coordinate with Front Office and global partners. You’ll drive service quality, escalation resolution, and operational improvements within a dynamic financial services environment.

You will engage with clients, attend meetings, and contribute to training and development of the support team, ensuring timely delivery and strong risk controls across assets

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Trust or related in financial markets/securities industry (with specific experience in the role of facility/security agent).
• Strong Client Management Experience and Ability to review deal governing documents.
• Experience in Loans (syndicated, bi-lateral, real estate) very desirable.
• Solid understanding of the product(s) administered by the group and th orough understanding of risk management and control practices.
• Proactively monitor and manage activities with business partners outside of Ireland.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Problem solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft packages particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CLOs and/or loan portfolios to maintain high client experience levels.
• Manage cash and trade activities; engage with clients to ensure timely execution and report on performance.
• Collaborate with Lead Manager and Group Manager on work status across supporting teams.
• Participate in client meetings; ensure minutes and follow-up items are closed.
• Develop strong relationships with Front Office Relationship Managers.
• Identify and resolve issues; act as escalation point for complex situations and ensure resolution.
• Support training of the support team on client and deal-specific requirements.
• Partner with Global Group Managers to streamline operations and improve controls and processes.
• Serve as escalation point and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to guide client service administration and risk management.
• Monitor and manage activities with business partners; hold regular meetings and address concerns.
