Job summary

BNY seeks a Specialist, Client Operations Representative II in Manchester. The role focuses on cash reconciliation, loan and bond portfolio administration, and settlement-related fund flows within Corporate Trust.

You will liaise with external parties and support the Client Service Manager to ensure contracted duties are delivered. Ideal candidates have English fluency, an interest in financial services, and strong Excel and Office skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Interest or background in financial services is preferred.
• Finance-focused education is an advantage, but graduates of all degrees are welcome.
• Strong PC literacy with emphasis on Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash for client operating accounts and monitor fund movements.
• Administer loan and bond portfolios within Corporate Trust.
• Track receipts and disbursements through settlement cycles.
• Execute funds transfers between accounts and report to managers.
• Communicate with external parties including loan agents and auditors.
• Support Client Service Manager in contracted duties and projects.
