Job summary

BNY is seeking a Loans Administrator and Data Analyst in Manchester to support cash reconciliation, loan and bond portfolio administration, and funds settlement. The role involves coordinating with external parties and supporting the Client Service Manager to ensure contracted duties are delivered.

You will also participate in deal closings and various projects. The ideal candidate will have an English fluency, an interest in financial services, and a proactive mindset with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Interest in a career in financial services.
• Finance degree or related field is an advantage, but all degrees considered.
• Proactive, focused attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
• PC literacy with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Previous experience in finance/banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cash reconciliation of client operating accounts.
• Administration of loan and bond portfolios.
• Monitor receipt and disbursement of funds through to settlement.
• Execute funds transfer from/to accounts.
• Regular communication with external parties (portfolio managers, loan agents, counterparties, auditors, rating agencies).
• Support to the Client Service Manager responsible for contracted duties.
• Participate in projects such as new deal closings and other assignments.
