Job summary

BNY is seeking a VP, Client Operations in London to influence client experience across CLOs and loan portfolios. You will lead a team, resolve complex client issues, and apply advanced problem-solving to deliver top-tier service to a sophisticated client base.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Corporate Trust or related markets, with CLO/CDO background, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of industry regulations. Advanced credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field.
• 7+ years Corporate Trust or related financial markets experience.
• CLO/CDO background strongly preferred.
• Client service/loan operations experience within financial services preferred.
• Finance/accounting, compliance or reporting background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex day-to-day issues for CLOs and loan portfolios to ensure high client experience.
• Lead team members in supporting major clients and ensuring requests are executed.
• Analyse information with strong judgment and provide high‑quality service.
• Proactively identify business needs and guide clients to appropriate resources.
• Act as escalation point and contribute to process improvements in client services.
