Job summary

A major international law firm seeks an experienced Senior Corporate PSL / Knowledge Lawyer to lead and advise on the development of the group's KM strategy. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in corporate law and strong communication skills. The role offers flexible working options of three to five days a week.

Qualifications

• Experienced Corporate lawyer in a senior knowledge role or senior fee-earner.
• Experience in private M&A and ideally other areas like private equity.
• Interest in training, legal technology, and AI.

Are you an experienced Corporate lawyer who would like to join a highly regarded team at a major international law firm as a Senior Corporate PSL / Knowledge Lawyer? Corporate law is a key area for this firm in all its offices worldwide, and the firm has extensive experience of advising clients on a variety of complex, cross-border transactions.

As one of two Senior Corporate PSLs in the group, you will play a key role in leading and advising on the development and delivery of the group's KM strategy in line with its business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Keeping the Corporate team up to date on significant legal developments
• Drafting and updating standard forms and precedents
• Involvement in process improvement projects
• Developing and delivering legal training
• Helping the team to become more efficient through the use of legal technology and AI
• Drafting articles and thought leadership pieces

Qualifications

You will be an experienced Corporate lawyer who is currently in a senior knowledge role, or a senior fee-earner with prior experience of engaging in knowledge management activities. You will have experience in private M&A and ideally other areas such as private equity and/or capital markets, with strong communication skills and an interest in training and legal tech/AI.
