International Bank in London is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join its Control Room Compliance team. This role focuses on proactively managing MNPI, overseeing the Watch and Restricted Lists, and ensuring UK Takeover Code disclosures are met.

The successful candidate will monitor information barriers, review internal communications, and collaborate with Compliance, Risk and Business units across the global organisation. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience in compliance, control room, or regulatory roles within financial services.
• Understanding of investment banking and global markets products.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented, collaborative and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage information barriers and conflicts of interest across the business
• Maintain and update the Watch and Restricted Lists
• Review institutional research and internal communications
• Contribute to regulatory and legal change initiatives
• Participate in global Control Room projects and risk governance forums
• Liaise regularly with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk and Business units
