Job summary

Macquarie is seeking a Compliance Control Room professional to maintain information barriers, monitor MNPI, and manage the Watch/Restricted Lists. You will collaborate with Compliance and risk teams across regions to ensure robust controls and timely escalations.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of regulatory matters and opportunities to influence control room projects in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' direct experience in Compliance or the Control Room within investment banking
• Strong understanding of information barriers and conflicts in an institutional environment
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance monitoring and information barrier management
• Review policy and regulatory changes; support legal/regulatory change management
• Collaborate with global risk and compliance teams on cross-regional projects
• Engage stakeholders across regions to ensure consistent controls and escalation paths
