International Bank in London is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join its Control Room Compliance team. This role focuses on proactively managing MNPI, overseeing the Watch and Restricted Lists, and ensuring UK Takeover Code disclosures are met.

The successful candidate will monitor information barriers, review internal communications, and collaborate with Compliance, Risk and Business units across the global organisation. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.

This crucial role within the EMEA Control Room is not just about maintaining information barriers; it’s about proactively managing material non-public information (MNPI), overseeing the Watch and Restricted Lists, and ensuring rigorous compliance with UK Takeover Code disclosures.
