Job summary

Morgan Stanley in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Control Group Manager – Compliance at VP level to oversee information barriers, surveillance and pre-clearance processes across divisions including Investment Banking and Sales & Trading.

You will lead watch/list maintenance, advise on regulatory requirements, participate in audits and drive enhancements to risk controls while managing a team in a high‑pressure, global environment with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in compliance.
• Experience at Vice President level in control group environments.
• Familiar with UK/US securities laws and regulatory requirements.

• Provide interpretation of policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead surveillance, watch/restricted list processes and pre-clearances.
