Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments across South Wales. The role involves leading Site Managers, monitoring programme, quality, safety and commercial performance, and ensuring builds meet standards and budgets.

You should have a housebuilding background with experience across traditional build and timber frame, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive site performance.

Qualifications

• Housebuilding background preferred.
• Experience managing multiple residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of programme, quality, health & safety and commercial controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential developments across South Wales.
• Manage and support Site Managers and site teams.
• Monitor programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performance.
• Ensure developments meet company standards and build specifications.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Carry out regular site visits and provide progress reporting.
• Drive performance and ensure build targets are achieved.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
