Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance contracts within the Social Housing sector in the UK. You will manage repairs, voids, disrepair and maintenance contracts, lead operations to hit performance and budget targets, and ensure H&S compliance while maintaining strong client, resident and stakeholder relationships.

Experience with Schedule of Rates (SOR) and solid commercial/financial management is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Contracts Manager experience within Social Housing.
• Strong background in repairs, maintenance, voids, or property services.
• Schedule of Rates (SOR) experience essential.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage responsive repairs, voids, disrepair, and maintenance contracts.
• Lead operational teams to achieve performance, quality, and budget targets.
• Monitor contract profitability, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
• Manage client, resident, and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee SOR contracts, variations, valuations, and commercial controls.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and high customer satisfaction.
