United Infrastructure Ltd. seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to lead responsive repairs and maintenance contracts in the social housing sector from its Thame operations.

You will drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction while navigating regulatory and health & safety requirements. The role requires strong leadership, commercial insight, and the ability to manage client and resident relationships, ensuring quality delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

Proven Contracts Manager experience within Social Housing.
Strong background in repairs, maintenance, voids, or property services.
Schedule of Rates (SOR) experience essential.
Strong commercial and financial management skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Aufgaben

Manage responsive repairs, voids, disrepair, and maintenance contracts.
Lead operational teams to achieve performance, quality, and budget targets.
Monitor contract profitability, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
Manage client, resident, and stakeholder relationships.
Oversee SOR contracts, variations, valuations, and commercial controls.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance and high customer satisfaction.
