Arcadis is looking to add an experienced and motivated Senior Contracts Manager to its team. This role supports the contract governance function within the Intelligence Global Business Area and specializes in contracting digital product offerings to public and B2B environments. Responsibilities include leading commercial, contractual, and technical interpretation of contract terms, supporting contract performance, proactively managing risks, issues, and opportunities, and overseeing the contract lifecycle management and compliance activities.
The Senior Contracts Manager will establish, manage, and maintain robust contract KPIs, support commercial evaluations, negotiate proposals with the legal team, and ensure effective contract processes. The role requires independent operation, effective communication with internal teams, external customers, regulators, and others. As Arcadis integrates multiple software products, this role is pivotal in ensuring effective checks and balances across all aspects of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
The role is within the global Intelligence Business Area, which uses digital intelligence and deep human knowledge to create holistic products and solutions, addressing global challenges such as climate change, urbanization, digitalization, and societal expectations, with the goal of improving quality of life.
Accountabilities include managing and maintaining CLM processes, establishing and aligning these processes with corporate functions, and leading collaboration with technology and growth teams to provide best-in-class products efficiently and scalably.
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate shares a passion for improving quality of life and values teamwork. They should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in commercial management and at least 10 years of experience in commercial, risk, and legal negotiations related to complex digital product projects. A proven track record in project execution, negotiation, financial performance, technical compliance, and client engagement is essential.
