Job summary

Ringway is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for our Surrey Major Projects team to deliver a portfolio of complex highways and infrastructure schemes. You will oversee multiple live projects, leading operational teams and coordinating with project managers, commercial teams and stakeholders to ensure safety, programme, cost and quality targets are met.

You will bring significant highway/infrastructure delivery experience, strong NEC contracts knowledge, and proven ability to manage

Significant experience managing highways, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.
Experience working within NEC contracts is essential.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and operational teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the successful delivery of major highways and infrastructure projects.
Manage Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Monitor programme progress, costs, risks and outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and supply chain partners.
Collaborate with commercial teams on costs, change control and profitability.
Drive health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
Support planning, mobilisation and resource management activities.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency.
Oversee project handover and completion.
