Job summary

Ringway London is seeking a Construction & Design Manager to join the Hounslow contract, leading a team delivering highways and infrastructure projects across the borough.

The role focuses on capital works delivery, contractor management, and strong stakeholder relationships, with oversight of a portfolio valued at approximately £5m-£7m. Permanent, full-time, based in Hounslow, with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Highways construction or project management experience.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Experience managing supply chains and subcontractors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing technical teams.
• Commitment to health, safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of capital works and highways improvement programmes.
• Manage resurfacing, renewal, regeneration and public realm projects.
• Oversee developer-led and third-party schemes.
• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Engineers.
• Manage subcontractor performance and supply chain relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within budget.
• Monitor programme and financial performance across a £5m-£7m portfolio.
• Represent Ringway at client, stakeholder and leadership meetings.
