Job summary

Ringway is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for our Surrey Major Projects team to deliver a portfolio of complex highways and infrastructure schemes. You will oversee multiple live projects, leading operational teams and coordinating with project managers, commercial teams and stakeholders to ensure safety, programme, cost and quality targets are met.

You will bring significant highway/infrastructure delivery experience, strong NEC contracts knowledge, and proven ability to manage

Ringway is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Surrey Major Projects team to deliver a portfolio of complex highways and infrastructure schemes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven operational leader to take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in managing project teams, supply chain partners and client relationships, helping to successfully deliver major improvements across the Surrey network.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will oversee the delivery of several live projects, providing leadership and direction to operational teams from mobilisation through to completion. Working closely with project managers, commercial teams and stakeholders, you will ensure projects are effectively planned, resourced and executed while maintaining a strong focus on safety, performance and customer satisfaction.

About You

You will have significant experience managing highways, civil engineering or infrastructure projects and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver successful outcomes. Strong commercial awareness, client management skills and experience working within NEC contracts are essential.
