Gleeson Homes is recruiting a Contracts Manager to lead site teams and drive build programmes across developments. You will be responsible for budget control, quality standards, Health & Safety compliance, and delivering customer care to the highest standards.

You will report to Regional leadership and work with the Construction Director to optimise performance and profitability while maintaining Gleeson’s brand and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multiple site teams to deliver build programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control.
• Knowledge of NHBC/NHQC standards impacting build quality.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Structured, organised approach with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create and lead a high-performance construction team culture delivering 5-star surveys and excellent customer care.
• Formulate build strategies, critical path programs, and subcontractor solutions with budget KPIs in mind.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Corporate Responsibility policies across sites.
• Audit site performance and take corrective actions to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate with Construction Director and suppliers to meet performance standards and project timelines.
