Job summary

Gleeson Homes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-performing, customer-focused on-site construction team. You will manage the onsite team, work with external partners and subcontractors, and collaborate with the onsite Sales team to deliver affordable quality homes.

You will ensure the build programme stays on track, uphold Gleeson standards, and maintain health and safety. The role requires SMSTS, CSCS, and proven ability to drive site efficiency on high-volume developments.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager on high-volume new-build housing developments.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ability to use Zutec and Digital plot books.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development to deliver the build programme in line with budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure the final product meets Gleeson Homes standards.
• Oversee all site staff and subcontractors ensuring health and safety standards.
• Liaise with head office, NHBC and local authorities.
• Timely ordering of materials to meet the programme.
• Ensure NHBC inspections are carried out as required.
• Carry out handover inspections with customers.
• Address customer care defects with the team.
• Promote safety, progress, quality and innovation.
