Gleeson Homes is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead site teams across multiple developments, overseeing programmes, budgets, quality and customer care. You will report to regional directors and drive performance to meet targets while maintaining safety and brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen and a solid understanding of NHBC/NHQC standards, with a track record in multi-site construction and delivering high-quality homes.

Qualifikationen

• A relevant qualification or broad experience in construction.
• Proven multi-site project management and quality assurance effectiveness.
• Excellent commercial awareness and technical knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge of codes of practice/NHBC standards that impact on build.
• Excellent people and team management skills with ability to lead multiple and diverse teams.
• Knowledge and understanding of the NHQC (New Homes Quality Code).
• Commitment to delivering high quality homes and 5 star customer experience.
• Understanding of the financial implications of build methods and sequences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organised and structured with attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, management and coaching skills.

Aufgaben

• Create and lead a high-performance, customer-focused construction team culture.
• Formulate area build strategies, critical path programs and procurement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Corporate Responsibility policies.
• Audit site performance and drive improvements to meet KPIs and quality standards.
• Coordinate works with subcontractors and manage impacts on local residents.
• Ensure sites and teams are engaged with programmes, budgets and targets.
• Support Construction Director in meetings with subcontractors and industry relationships.
• Lead site managers to deliver quality builds on schedule.
