Zusammenfassung

Gleeson Homes is seeking a Contracts Manager to provide leadership and oversight to construction teams, delivering build targets and key milestones while upholding quality, H&S and Customer Care standards across all developments. The role reports to senior leadership and heads up Site Managers and site teams, driving performance and Gleeson branding.

You will formulate area build strategies, supervise budgets and procurement, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant site activity.

Qualifikationen

Broad construction experience and qualification (on-site or site management).
Proven ability to manage multiple sites and drive quality across developments.
Strong commercial awareness and technical build knowledge.
Familiarity with NHBC standards and New Homes Quality Code.

Aufgaben

Lead Site Managers and site teams to deliver build programmes on time and to quality standards.
Manage budgets, forecasts, valuations and cost variations with a focus on profitability.
Ensure health & safety, environmental and corporate responsibility policies are followed across all sites.
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to meet performance targets.
