Job summary

Glendale Estates manages a Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead contract, delivering green services across grounds, landscaping and arboriculture. As Contract Manager you will lead the contract team, drive performance against budgets and service levels, and maintain strong client relations.

You will report to the General Manager and promote health, safety and ISO-aligned practices while seeking new business opportunities and ensuring a high-quality service delivery on site in Windsor.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contracts and service delivery in grounds/estate sectors.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with clients.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the effective commercial running of Glendale contracts.
• Lead staff on the contract and achieve production, sales and financial targets.
• Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and forecasts.
• Be technically able and play a proactive role in securing new business.
• Maintain relations with new and existing clients and ensure safety and quality standards.
