Job summary

Glendale is seeking a Contract Manager for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead to lead contract delivery, manage commercial performance, and drive safety and quality standards. The role reports to the General Manager and requires strong leadership over multi-site operations within a hybrid public/private sector landscape.

You will build client relationships, lead staff, and ensure contractual targets are achieved in line with Budgets and service level agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading contracts and staff in a field service environment.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience.
• Proven ability to manage health and safety and quality standards.
• Track record of delivering on client objectives and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial running of the contracts and drive productivity and profitability.
• Lead the office team, ensuring staffing levels meet workload and budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and assist in budget setting and forecasting.
• Secure new business opportunities and maintain client relations.
• Direct and motivate staff across site and depot locations.
• Ensure ISO/9001, 14001 & 45001 standards are maintained at the office.
