Job summary

Swale Borough Council is seeking an experienced Contracts and Resources Manager to lead environmental contracts, including waste and recycling, street cleansing and public conveniences. The role is full-time (34 hours) with hybrid working and occasional out-of-hours site visits.

You will manage performance, engage stakeholders, and drive improvements across contracts while coordinating with partner authorities and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale contracts and service delivery operations.
• Experience in waste, recycling, street cleansing or related environmental service.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive performance improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
