Job summary

The City of Fort Worth is seeking a Senior Contract Compliance Specialist to support the Neighborhood Services Contract Compliance Division. You will lead contract compliance efforts, review grant agreements, and collaborate with program managers to ensure adherence to federal and local regulations.

Ideal candidates will have a strong contract management background, audit experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Three years of experience preparing and monitoring contracts, grants, or community programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance efforts for projects funded by HOME, HOME-ARP, PRO HOUSING, CDBG, ESG, ARPA funds.
• Review grant agreements to ensure compliance with federal regulations and grant requirements.
• Collaborate with program managers, project managers, contract administrators, and grant recipients to maintain compliance.
• Provide guidance to resolve compliance-related disputes and assist in policy development.
• Serve as liaison between the department and grant recipients on compliance matters.
• Supervise and train assigned Contract Compliance Specialist(s).
