Job summary

Salesforce is seeking aContracts Manager for its Public Sector Legal team. You will lead end-to-end government contract management, ensuring compliance with Procurement Act 2023 and related regulations, while advising business leaders on risk and governance.

You will collaborate with Legal, Deal Strategy, and finance teams to manage contracts, pricing, invoicing, and performance issues across government clients.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of combined experience managing government contracts.
• Regulatory knowledge of Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Regulations 2024.
• Strong background in government financial workflows and pricing structures.
• Experience with SaaS contracts and public sector procurement.
• Ability to assess risk and advise internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of government contracts with strict compliance to applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate contract execution and related management activities.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable/Receivable on invoicing, payments, and systems.
• Partner with Legal and Deal Strategy to manage product/pricing catalogues and resolve performance issues.
