Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior CRC Large Scale Event & Program Manager to coordinate contingency response across Last Mile, Middle Mile and EU/global teams. You will drive mitigations for major events, align with safety and customer promise, and lead complex programs.

The role requires handling ambiguous situations, leading workshops, and making timely decisions with senior stakeholders. You will report to the Head of Functional and build resilience across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience in performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Experience delivering complex projects with ownership of mission-critical teams.
• Experience in analytical tasks or data-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Manage contingency response plans and report on post-event outcomes.
• Lead strategic programs improving response with across operations, supply chain and upstream teams.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to improve response plans.
• Develop strategic plans and lead pillars for annual planning.
• Oversee network communications via email, chat, and phone.
• Coordinate emergency actions with on-ground inputs and protections.
• Earn stakeholder trust to build consensus in ambiguity.
• Lead escalation calls with Directors and VPs.
• Make quick, correct decisions considering network impacts.
• Represent Head of Functional as required.
