Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) to lead cross‑functional programs that optimize capacity, improve network performance, and deliver measurable improvements across our fulfillment and operations networks.

You will drive strategy and hands‑on execution, collaborating with RME, non‑RME, and Operations teams, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives with process improvements, automation, and analysis.
  • PMP certification or lean/six sigma methodology experience including process mapping and re-design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional programs, projects, and initiatives impacting operations; develop solutions with RME, non‑RME, and Ops stakeholders.
  • Partner with RME, non‑RME, and Ops stakeholders to lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
  • Own and optimize capacity models including architecture, methodology, and output validation to maximize capacity utilization.
  • Leverage advanced analytics for data-driven decision-making; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain program artifacts including business requirement documents, initiative plans, and white papers.
  • Develop and implement standard work practices that improve key business metrics and translate lessons into standards.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership; influence decision-making with data-backed narratives.
  • Remove operational barriers through hands-on problem-solving to deliver immediate results.
  • As a Senior Program Manager, drive a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

A Senior Program Manager in Central RME will lead strategic initiatives that optimize operational capacity, enhance network performance, and deliver measurable improvements. Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience delivering results for large, cross‑functional initiatives with process improvements, automation, and analysis
  • Experience driving execution of large‑scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar
  • PMP certification or lean/six sigma methodology experience including process mapping and re‑design
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
