Department Summary

The Marketing Transformation Team is a strategic collective of practitioners in strategy & consulting, marketing technology and content strategy. The team is at the forefront of our most strategic and AI enabled solutions collaborating closely with clients to enable the creation and delivery of content experiences at scale.

What does a Senior Content Strategist do at Hogarth?

The Senior Content Strategist is one of the key roles in the implementation of Hogarth’s AI strategy and is a vital position in the successful evolution of the Content Consulting team by providing strategic vision, AI advocation and best practice guidance both internally and externally.

A particular area of focus is the tracking, optimisation and assurance of AI content quality as well as ensuring that all AI projects delivered are regularity compliant and responsible from an ethical perspective.

They will have extensive experience in content creation and production strategy to ensure that clients from across the entire Hogarth roster are creating high-quality content in an efficient and effective way.

They will be an advocate representing content strategy in all aspects, from conceptualization to execution and they will provide impeccable professional delivery in their role building strong relationships across the company to ensure delivery of innovative AI-driven content solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with client management, product development and innovation teams to develop comprehensive AI content strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to inform targeted content approaches.
  • Create detailed content plans across multiple digital and brand platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand voice execution.
  • Implement omni-channel best practices to maximize content visibility and reach.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize content creation and distribution processes.
  • Design content guidelines that maintain high-quality standards across all channels.
  • Monitor emerging digital trends to keep content approaches consistently innovative.
  • Develop and execute AI-enabled content strategies aligned with client goals.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders

This role reports to the Head Of Content Consulting. You will work closely with Business Consulting, Martech and Production teams.

The Head of Content Consulting reports into the Global Head Of Marketing Transformation who is accountable for all of the team members working on future AI-driven production capabilities and innovations.
