Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to plan, coordinate and oversee all project aspects, ensuring on-time completion within budget and quality standards while managing teams and stakeholders.

You will lead in job organization, field staff management, safety, cost control and quality, acting as lead on smaller projects or a scope lead on larger ones, including structural, MEP and interiors elements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (8 years preferred).
• OSHA 30 Hour certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Schedule Creation: Develop project schedules with activities and sequencing.
• Budget Management: Review project financials with Project Management.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and update Work Progress Schedule; prepare look-ahead schedules.
• Performance Monitoring: Track subcontractor performance against drawings and plans; prepare daily reports.
• Administrative Oversight: Review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs and change orders.
• Safety & Compliance Oversight: Implement Zero Accidents plan; monitor safety standards on site.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams.
