Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Legacy to lead a major project segment, ensuring delivery, safety, quality, and profitability in line with the Sisk strategy. You will manage claims resolution, regulatory compliance, and interface with clients and the supply chain to drive outcomes that meet contractual obligations.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive construction experience, and the ability to coordinate complex programmes, risks, and resources across preconstruction,

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent understanding of project delivery processes including scheduling, cost control and quality management.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and best practice.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead legacy and post- Grenfell related claims, coordinating with clients and claimants.
• Review original drawings/specifications against construction to identify variances and provide resolutions.
• Plan, sequence and manage construction work with the Site Manager.
• Oversee BIM strategy and design coordination as part of project delivery.
• Manage preconstruction responsibilities including procurement strategy and risk registers.
• Ensure timely reporting and minutes from client/design team meetings.
