Job summary

Integra in Brampton, Ontario, is seeking a Construction Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality. Lead field teams, manage safety, and collaborate with clients and vendors to drive project success.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, OSHA 30, and 5+ years of relevant experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; this is an on-site position with DEPCON.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification may be required.
• Valid Driver’s License and medical exam may be requested.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules and sequencing.
• Oversee budget and cost control with Project Management.
• Coordinate subcontractors; develop look-ahead schedules and weekly meetings.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against drawings and scope.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are met on site.
• Engage with clients, vendors and internal teams for project success.
