Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage day-to-day execution, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain client relationships on-site.

This highly autonomous role requires leading projects with minimal owner involvement, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction superintendent or similar roles.
• Experience managing commercial/retail/mixed-use projects.
• Skilled in coordinating MEP trades and site demolition.
• Strong communication and leadership with client/stakeholder management.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through final completion.
• Manage onsite activities including MEP coordination and renovations.
• Serve as primary onsite representative for clients and subcontractors.
• Develop schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and quality standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders.
• Oversee punch lists and project closeout.
