Job summary

Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major construction projects from inception to completion in Northampton. You will take ownership of safety, quality, programme, cost and contractual performance, reporting to the Contracts Manager.

You will lead project teams, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, drive collaboration across planning, design, commercial and operations, identify risks and champion continuous improvement while upholding the

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction projects as a Senior Project Manager on schemes valued in excess of £20 million, with a degree or equivalent.
• CITB Level 3 Safety qualification and a valid CSCS Card.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent commercial, financial and contractual awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme, cost and contractual requirements are achieved.
• Implement policies relating to Health & Safety, Sustainability, Quality and Environmental Management across the project.
• Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and review methods and materials to maximise performance.
• Collaborate with planning, design management, commercial and document control teams to achieve the best outcomes.
• Lead, mentor and develop project teams, ensuring high-performing delivery and succession.
