Job summary

Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major construction projects within our South East Regional Build team, from inception through to completion, reporting to the Contracts Manager.

You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage safety, quality, programme and commercial performance, build strong client and stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement while upholding the company’s values and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership capability for major projects.
• Experience delivering construction projects over £20M.
• CITB Level 3 Safety qualification and CSCS Card desirable.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of construction projects ensuring safety, quality, programme and cost targets.
• Promote Health & Safety, Sustainability, Quality and Environmental Management across the project.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, review methods and materials for best outcomes.
• Collaborate with planning, design, commercial and document control teams for optimal results.
• Lead, mentor and develop project teams with strong governance and continuity.
