Job summary

Tilbury Douglas is seeking a Project Manager for our Regional Building team in the West Midlands. You will lead projects, ensuring resources, safety, timeliness and budget adherence while meeting high-quality client specifications.

You will manage a busy environment with a proactive, solution-focused approach, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement across processes and people.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in appropriate subject is required.
• CITB Level 3 Safety Course is required.
• Appropriate CSCS Card is required.
• Experience running projects as the number 1 above £10M in value is essential.
• Strong leadership, management and communication skills are essential.
• Commercial/financial awareness is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with the DFE and representatives/advisors.
• Implement Tilbury Douglas strategy for safety, quality, sustainability and development.
• Ensure the project team complies with the Integrated Management System.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate planning, design management, commercial and document control to achieve best outcomes.
• Mentor and develop the project team and conduct annual assessments.
