Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is recruiting a Project Manager/Senior Agent to lead technically challenging projects up to circa £30m or manage a section of a larger project. You will co-ordinate Preconstruction, Design Procurement and Build, ensuring client expectations are met and value is added where possible.

The role requires strong leadership, end-to-end Programme Management, and commercial acumen, with responsibilities spanning HSEQS, design management and project close-out.

Qualifications

• Experience with Design and Build JCT and NEC3 contracts.
• Typically 7 years’ experience in the sector or 2–3 projects across regimes.
• End-to-end Programme Management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the programme, method statements and submission.
• Produce the contract programme and collaborate with Estimating during bids.
• Ensure HSEQS plan and resources reflect project scope and programme.
• Instruct QS on major preliminaries expenditure including plant and accommodation.
• Chair start-up and production meetings with regional leadership.
• Lead all aspects of Project Team functions (PEP, Risk, Commercial, HSEQS, Stakeholder, Design).
• Manage consultant and subcontract design and BIM strategy delivery.
• Compile and implement the Project Execution Plan.
