Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd seeks a Design Manager to lead and coordinate design on allocated projects, ensuring outputs are compliant, deliverable and aligned with client requirements, statutory regulations and contract obligations.

You will work with Senior Design Managers, project teams and the wider supply chain to deliver integrated, buildable and cost‑effective design solutions, manage design risk and provide clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in design management or technical coordination on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of design processes, building regulations and industry standards.
• Experience managing consultants and subcontractor design packages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and delivery of design information to meet programme.
• Integrate inputs from consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve integrated design solutions.
• Develop and manage design programmes, deliverables and reporting.
• Resolve design queries and interface issues across disciplines.
• Support design reviews, workshops and client presentations.
