Zusammenfassung

Sisk is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Agent to lead technically challenging projects up to around £30m, or deliver a section of works on larger schemes. You will coordinate preconstruction, design, procurement and build, ensuring client expectations and adherence to the HSEQS policy, while developing and maintaining the Project Execution Plan.

Qualifikationen

• Academic or professional qualification in construction related subject, ideally chartered.
• Experience handling Design & Build JCT and NEC3 contracts; end-to-end programme management experience.
• Demonstrable commercial awareness and leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

Aufgaben

• Prepare the programme, method statements and submission.
• Produce the contract programme (in collaboration with Estimating).
• Ensure HSEQS plan and resources reflect project scope and programme.
• Instruct QS to agree major expenditure items.
• Chair start-up and production meetings with regional team.
• Lead all Project Team functions: PEP, risk, commercial, HSEQS, design management & closeout.
• Manage consultants and subcontract design, including BIM strategy delivery.
• Compile and implement the Project Execution Plan.
