Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd. is seeking a Supervisor to join our Liverpool team. The role focuses on onsite programme management, delivery performance, workmanship, and safety adherence, ensuring labour, plant and materials meet contract needs.

Responsibilities include setting up and monitoring programmes, coordinating trades, managing site security, and ensuring permits and risk assessments are in place. Strong civils experience and HSE training are essential, with a track record of 10+ years in

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate with colleagues, clients and third parties clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Organised, with good time management and proactive planning.
• Experience in Civils and FRC within a contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor key stage programmes.
• Set up the site and maintain site security and presentation.
• Coordinate trades activities and plan labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Apply for temporary service connections and supervise safety measures.
• Interpret drawings and communicate directions to site teams and suppliers.
• Ensure method statements and risk assessments are in place for high‑risk activities.
• Attend site and other meetings and circulate notes and actions.
• Assist with approvals to progress works and manage environmental controls.
