Job summary

HD Surveyors Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Project Manager to lead cradle-to-grave delivery of major construction projects valued £15–£40 million, from inception through practical completion.

Permanent, full-time position with agile working, flexible hours and remote delivery alongside regular office collaboration. MRICS preferred; MCIOB candidates considered if they can begin an RICS APC pathway, with experience across RIBA stages and procurement strategy development.

Qualifications

• MRICS preferred, with MCIOB candidates considered where they can begin an RICS APC pathway.
• Project management experience beyond graduate or assistant level.
• Experience leading sizeable projects through RIBA stages.
• Experience preparing procurement strategies and assembling consultant teams.
• Exposure to office, industrial, retail, laboratory, healthcare, refurbishment or remediation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave delivery of major construction projects.
• Assemble consultant teams and coordinate technical input.
• Develop procurement strategies around programme, risk, budget and client requirements.
• Manage statutory compliance and contract administration.
• Coordinate clients, advisers, solicitors and other project stakeholders.
