Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in a construction, property or related discipline.
• MRICS preferred; MCIOB candidates will be considered for APC route.
• Project management experience beyond graduate level.
• Experience leading substantial construction projects through the RIBA stages.
• Experience assembling multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Experience developing procurement strategies for refurbishment or development projects.
• Relevant exposure to office, industrial, retail, laboratory or healthcare property.
• Client-facing experience advising on project, programme, procurement and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects valued between £15 million and £40 million from inception through completion and handover.
• Take day-to-day ownership of instructions while reporting to and working alongside a Director.
• Maintain hands-on control of programme, procurement, consultant coordination, statutory requirements and delivery risk.
• Assemble consultant teams and define responsibilities across each stage of an instruction.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with scope, programme, budget, risk and client objectives.
• Deliver office cut-and-carve, refurbishment, Cat A development and façade remediation projects.
• Manage projects through the RIBA stages from early planning to practical completion.
• Coordinate statutory compliance and contract administration requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Advise clients on project delivery decisions and associated commercial and programme implications.
• Coordinate property advisers, solicitors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Support project requirements associated with property acquisitions and disposals.
• Work with junior colleagues while retaining responsibility for day-to-day project delivery.
