Job summary

HD Surveyors Ltd. seeks an experienced project lead to manage substantial construction projects from inception to handover. The role blends remote delivery with regular office collaboration, guiding teams and coordinating consultants to achieve client objectives.

Qualifications

Job description

This is a Permanent, Full-time position with agile working, combining flexible hours and remote delivery with regular office collaboration. The role involves leading projects valued between £15 million and £40 million from inception through practical completion and handover.

Responsibilities

• Assemble consultant teams and coordinate technical input.
• Develop procurement strategies covering programme, risk, budget and client objectives.
• Manage statutory compliance, contract administration and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain hands-on control of project detail while supporting a Director and coordinating junior colleagues.

Requirements

• MRICS preferred, with MCIOB candidates considered where an RICS APC pathway can begin within six to nine months.
• Experience beyond graduate or assistant Project Manager level.
• Proven delivery experience across RIBA stages.
• Experience of refurbishment, development or remediation projects.
• Understanding of statutory compliance, contract practice and commercial project requirements.

Salary & Package
