Job summary

HD Surveyors Ltd. in Bristol seeks a Chartered Project Manager (MRICS) to take independent responsibility for property and construction projects, focusing on delivery, controls, consultant coordination and client reporting across multiple stages.

Take ownership from briefing through procurement, construction and close-out, manage programmes and budgets, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain governance and reporting to support commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• MRICS chartered status and degree in property/construction or project management.
• Experience delivering property or construction projects across lifecycle stages.
• Ability to take independent ownership of project instructions and report to clients.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership from briefing through procurement and close-out.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Prepare client reports and governance information to support decisions.
• Administer contracts and manage project changes per appointments and procedures.
