Overview
Project Manager position for an experienced construction professional operating beyond Assistant level. The role is focused on full project management delivery across refurbishment, development and remediation instructions valued from £15 million to £40 million. Sector exposure includes office, industrial, retail, laboratory and healthcare property. Agile working combines flexible hours and remote working with regular Bristol office collaboration. Salary & Package
- Base salary: £60,000-£75,000.
- Bonus: Company and team profit-share arrangements, linked to business and team performance.

The Role
- Lead projects valued between £15 million and £40 million from inception through completion and handover.
- Take day-to-day ownership of instructions while reporting to and working alongside a Director.
- Maintain hands-on control of programme, procurement, consultant coordination, statutory requirements and delivery risk.
- Assemble consultant teams and define responsibilities across each stage of an instruction.
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with scope, programme, budget, risk and client objectives.
- Deliver office cut-and-carve, refurbishment, Cat A development and façade remediation projects.
- Manage projects through the RIBA stages from early planning to practical completion.
- Coordinate statutory compliance and contract administration requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Advise clients on project delivery decisions and associated commercial and programme implications.
- Coordinate property advisers, solicitors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Support project requirements associated with property acquisitions and disposals.
- Work with junior colleagues while retaining responsibility for day-to-day project delivery.
- Contribute to the development of the dedicated Project Management service as the regional workload expands.

An established property consultancy providing Project Management alongside wider professional property services. Clients require advice across commercial and specialist property sectors, including office, industrial, retail, laboratory and healthcare assets. The business is expanding its dedicated Project Management capability across its regional offices, with further recruitment planned over the next two to three years to support an increasing project workload and strengthen chartered delivery capacity.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree-qualified in a construction, property or related discipline.
- MRICS preferred.
- MCIOB candidates will be considered where there is a clear route to commencing the RICS APC within six to nine months.
- Project management experience beyond graduate or Assistant level.
- Experience leading substantial construction projects through the RIBA stages.
- Evidence of instruction ownership from inception through practical completion.
- Experience assembling and coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Experience developing procurement strategies for refurbishment or development projects.
- Relevant exposure to office, industrial, retail, laboratory or healthcare property.
- Refurbishment, development, remediation or façade project experience.
- Client-facing experience involving project, programme, procurement and delivery advice.
- Working knowledge of statutory compliance and contract practice.
- Commercial judgement around programme, budget, procurement and project risk.
- Experience supporting client decisions associated with property acquisition or disposal is beneficial.
