Job summary

iO Associates is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join a top international firm in Bristol. The role is hybrid with 3 days on-site and a salary up to £60,000 per year.

You will manage design, engineering and project delivery across the full lifecycle, lead multidisciplinary teams, advise on costs, schedules and risks, and maintain stakeholder communications and monthly risk reports. Applicants must have construction PM experience and hold RICS Chartership; right to work in the UK

Qualifications

• Experience in construction and building projects.
• Experience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience of both pre- and post-contract project management.
• RICS Chartership or equivalent Project Management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality project and programme management across the lifecycle.
• Advise clients on costs, schedules, risks and issues.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage stakeholders.
• Produce monthly reports and maintain risk registers.
