Job summary

HD Surveyors Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to lead cradle-to-grave delivery of major construction projects with values from £15 million to £40 million. The role combines office collaboration with agile, flexible hours and remote delivery.

You will assemble consultant teams, coordinate input, and develop procurement strategies around programme, risk, and client requirements, while ensuring statutory compliance and contract administration.

Qualifications

• MRICS preferred, with MCIOB candidates considered where they can begin an RICS APC pathway.
• Experience leading sizeable projects through RIBA stages.
• Experience preparing procurement strategies and assembling consultant teams.
• Exposure to office, industrial, retail, laboratory, healthcare, refurbishment or remediation projects.

• Lead cradle-to-grave delivery of major construction projects.
