Job summary

BRUSH Group is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site construction activities, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of infrastructure projects in line with project scope, programme and contractual obligations.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager, Site Managers and subcontractor teams to optimize on-site performance, coordinate resources and maintain high standards of quality and compliance across projects in Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities with focus on safety, quality and compliance.
• Manage on-site performance, resource deployment and coordination with Project Manager, Site Managers and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction phases meet programme, budget and contractual obligations, aligned with CDM and safety regs.
• Provide hands-on leadership across projects in Scotland, adapting to business needs and locations as required.
