Brush Power Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site construction across Scotland-based projects, coordinating with project teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong CDM/HSE knowledge, and experience managing multiple fronts in power/utility environments.

A UK driving licence and relevant safety qualifications are expected.

Competenze

• Relevant construction management qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Experience in power, utilities or safety-critical construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and HSE requirements.
• Proven ability to manage site teams, subcontractors and multiple fronts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead site construction activities aligned with programme and design specs.
• Drive progress, remove blockers, coordinate sequencing and resources.
• Coordinate interfaces with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure readiness for energisation, inspections and handovers.
• Oversee safety audits and root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Maintain communication with Project Manager on progress and risks.
