Brush Group is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery of HV infrastructure projects across Scotland. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and client interfaces to ensure safety, programme adherence and quality across multiple fronts.

You will coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers and suppliers, drive readiness for energisation, and supervise CDM compliance while supporting commercial processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant construction management, engineering, or technical qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Construction management experience in power, utilities, infrastructure or safety-critical environments.
• CSCS/ECS card relevant to role.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations, HSE requirements and quality standards.
• Proven experience managing site teams, subcontractors and multiple work fronts.

Responsabilités

• Lead site construction activities aligned with programme and design specifications.
• Monitor progress, identify blockers and implement resolutions.
• Coordinate sequencing and resourcing to optimise efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Manage on-site interfaces between subcontractors, suppliers, OEMs and internal delivery team.
• Ensure readiness for energisation, inspections and milestone handovers.
